When will my order be dispatched?

CLICK AND COLLECT: We will be in touch via email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in store. Orders will be available for collection after 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged directly with us.

EXPRESS/REGULAR PARCELS: We will endeavor to dispatch your treasures on the same day your order is placed. However, we are only human, so sometimes it may be the next business day! Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday.

Delivery time frames

The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Eshe will do it’s utmost to meet the indicated delivery time frames, but can not be responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us. We’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

Damaged or missing goods

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organized at our discretion.

Correct information

Please check that you give us the correct delivery address at time of ordering as if it is returned to us, we will require payment to re-deliver the item to your correct address.

Free postage

Please note that free postage only applies to orders over $150 which include full price items, not reduced or sale items. Free postage does not apply to bulky items and an additional shipping quote/charge will be emailed after your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any orders not abiding to these terms.
